Responsibilities:

Set up banquet rooms as per event specifications, including table settings and decorations.

Greeting and assisting guests during events, ensuring a positive and memorable experience.

Serve food and beverages to guests with professionalism and attention to detail.

Monitor and respond to guest needs to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns promptly.

Collaborate with the kitchen and catering staff to ensure timely and accurate service.

Clear tables efficiently and reset them for subsequent courses or events.

Always follow food service sanitation regulations along with health and safety guidelines.

Assist with post-event clean-up and storage of equipment.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand and move for 8-hour shifts, lift and carry up to 30 pounds, and perform physically demanding tasks.

Ability to carry and balance serving trays with dinners.

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by event schedules.

Excellent stamina and agility to navigate crowded and fast-paced environments.

Must be able to work in hot and humid environments.

Hiring Essentials:

Proven experience as a Banquet Server or in a similar hospitality role.

Strong customer service and communication skills.

Knowledge of banquet service procedures and etiquette preferred.

Ability to work well in a team and adapt to changing event dynamics.

Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.

Must be at least 18 years of age.

Must have reliable and consistent transportation.

Must be eligible to work in the United States.

Must be willing to submit to a Drug Test and Criminal Background Check.
