We are seeking a Senior Proposal Coordinator to join our team of professionals who enjoys the architectural and construction market. Hastings+Chivetta is nationally recognized planning, design, and interior architectural firm with expertise in the educational, community, municipal and commercial market segments. As a Senior Proposal Coordinator, you will be offered the opportunity to participate in a variety of communication and marketing efforts. Each day will allow you to explore and work as a team member on proposal preparation, interview strategies, client research, social media, and public relationships. We are looking for someone who thrive in a fast-paced, multi-activity environment! You will lead the effort from initial client contact through interview selection. Our team of marketing professionals works with senior staff to research, strategize and effectively communicate why our team is the best.

WHAT YOUR ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE

Participate in business development strategies and marketing lead creation

Lead the creation and preparation of marketing proposals and submissions

Prepare communications to be used for social media, public relationships, and trade shows

Participate in the strategy and preparation of interview materials

Track and develop social media, website, and email communications

Review annual plans to support conferences, conventions, and tradeshows

Develop new graphics to enhance marketing efforts

LEADERSHIP AND ADVANCEMENT

Ability to manage and adjust to changing priorities

Manage one or more activities or opportunities simultaneously

Serve as a mentor to other professionals

Participate in employee resource groups to develop marketing and office standards

Assist in business development and marketing efforts for specific projects and clients

Represent Hastings+Chivetta in the community and civic events

Responsibility for fostering a green workplace through sustainable practices

Develop personally and professionally to continue to advance in your career

ABOUT YOUR PROFESSIONAL SKILLS

Advanced knowledge of marketing professional services

Expert skill in Adobe InDesign and Microsoft PowerPoint

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

Participate as a leader and work in a team environment

Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Express)

Proficient with Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)

Working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics or other CRMs

Experience managing multiple tasks and effectively meeting deadlines and schedules

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

10 plus years’ experience working in a professional service firm or marketing department (AEC experience preferred)

Passion for the built environment

Collaborative nature in a team setting

Self-starter who takes responsibility for completing assignments

Ability to work In-Person in our St. Louis, Missouri location
