We're looking for a superstar Treatment Coordinator, also known as our Financial Freedom Fighter, to join our team! In this role, you'll be the bridge between our patients and their optimal oral health, guiding them through treatment options and making the financial picture clear.

What You'll Do:

Become the Patient's Champion: As a liaison between the doctor and patient, you'll explain diagnoses and treatment plans in easy-to-understand terms. You'll answer questions, address concerns, and work with patients to find financial solutions that fit their budgets.

Unlock the Power of "YES!" Your financial expertise is key! You'll estimate insurance coverage, educate patients on their benefits, and help them navigate financing options. Our goal? A 67% case acceptance rate, ensuring patients get the treatment they need.

Insurance Ninja: You'll be the master of insurance claims, ensuring they're submitted quickly and accurately. Following up on outstanding claims and verifying coverage keeps our collections running smoothly.

Team Player: You'll collaborate with the Appointment Coordinator to collect payments and with the entire team to foster a positive, efficient practice environment.You're a Perfect Fit if You Have:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

A passion for patient education and financial empowerment

Strong organizational and time management abilities

Experience with dental insurance is a plus
