Job Description:Revenue Cycle Training & Testing Coordinator
Identify training needs and map out learning and development plans for revenue cycle functions in Patient Access and Patient Financial Services. Develop training curriculum and facilitate training sessions. Perform quality assurance to identify opportunities for improvement. Provide audit and testing support for implementations, new releases/upgrades, file maintenance and optimization.

Demonstrates the ability to use a personal computer, office equipment and various software programs applicable to the position

Maintains regular, consistent and punctual attendance at the assigned job location
Ability to develop appropriate teaching tools to meet the diverse learning needs of all prospective users
EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSES/DEGREES
High school graduate or equivalent
Associates or Bachelor degree preferred
Healthcare, Epic, Training, Change Management, Project Management or Process Improvement certifications preferred
EXPERIENCE
Minimum of two years of work experience in healthcare revenue cycle
Two years previous experience as a trainer, corporate training specialist or related position preferred
Experience with Epic, Soarian, EDM, MS4, ADT, claims, MIRA, DSG, Experian, Craneware or other revenue cycle solutions software required
Proficient computer skills, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook & Excel)
Project management, technical implementations, and change management experience a plus
