Job Description

The Coordinated Entry & Housing Specialist position entails:

Coordinates the entry system for homeless clients in Adams, Columbia, Dodge, Juneau and Sauk Counties.

Assesses and refers clients to housing agencies for placement.

Enters data which prioritizes clients for appropriate housing service agencies for placement.

Implements outreach services to inform agencies of the coordinated entry system to target homeless clients most in need of services.

Recruits agencies to participate in coordinated entry.

Ensures housing agencies follow coordinated entry standards.

B.S. in Social Work helpful

Preferences considered for experience working with homeless/at-risk clients, conflict resolution skills, and community collaboration.

40 hours per week.

Salary: $18.85-20.40 per hour based on education and/or experience
