Commercial Property Manager

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Commercial Property Manager to join Colliers Wisconsin, a market leader in real estate services. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of commercial properties, ensuring excellent tenant experiences and maintaining high property standards. Responsibilities

Oversee and manage tenant move-in and move-out procedures

Respond to tenant inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner

Develop and maintain positive relationships with tenants, vendors, and contractors

Develop budgets, establish and manage annual property operating expenses

Ensure regular property maintenance and repairs are conducted in a timely manner

Perform routine inspections of properties to ensure compliance with property standards and regulations

Prepare monthly and quarterly reports on property performance, including expense, income and leasing data

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in business administration, real estate or related field

3+ years of commercial property management experience

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

In-depth knowledge of property management software

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Proven ability to manage budgets and understand financial reports

Ability to multitask and prioritize competing demands
