We are a family-owned and operated automotive group seeking a motivated Building Maintenance Technician to join our team. *Monday to Friday from 7AM-4PM

The right candidate:

Has good communication skills

works well independently or in a team

Can follow company policies

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Building maintenance

Exterior maintenance

Repairing Fixtures, Bulbs

Some knowledge of HVAC experience preferred

Grounds Maintenance

Maintaining a safe outdoor environment for customers and employees

Climbing tall ladders

Using stairs

Cleaning roof

Requirements:

Drivers License

Familiar with a variety of Hand/Power tools

Light Plumbing

Knowledge of Word and Excel Preferred
