Die Setter, $18.70/hour - 3rd Shift - Holland

Shape the Future with Precision! Join a local Stamping Manufacturer as a Die Setter – Where your skills forge quality!

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Prior Die Setter experience in manufacturing, preferably deep draw stamping.

Mechanical aptitude with hand tools.

Ability to read engineering drawings.

Strong problem-solving skills.

Good communication and teamwork skills.

Willingness to follow safety guidelines.

Skills:

Skilled in using hand tools and understanding mechanical systems.

Experienced in setting up and maintaining dies for stamping machines.

Capable of conducting thorough quality checks and adjusting for specifications.

Ability to work effectively within a team-oriented manufacturing environment.

In this role you will be responsible for maintaining and managing various production functions including recording of production, scrap removal and material handling as well press and tool cleaning, press operating, and general housekeeping as needed. This position can vary from day to day and will hire you after your time with Workbox!
