POSITION SUMMARY:

Primary duty is to plan, organize and direct operations of the bar area. Bartenders have two main responsibilities; servicing the needs of servers for dining patrons and serving customers who choose to locate and dine directly at the bar.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS INCLUDE:

$16-$16.80 per hour, based on relevant experience to the role, plus tips.

401K with dollar for dollar match up to 4%.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Valid Food Handler Card required within 30 days of hire.

Completed Responsible Beverage Service (RBS) certification within 60 days of hire.

Must be 21 years of age or over.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Excellent customer service skills

Energetic, enthusiastic and motivational.

Ability to multi task

Grace under pressure

Ability to establish a positive rapport with many types of personalities and the ability to communicate clearly with customers.

Detail orientated with good short and long term memory.
