Austin Hardware & Supply, Inc. seeks an experienced technical Customer Service Rep to join our team in Rowlett, TX. We take great pride in solving our customer's problems and require a technical mind to work through those problems.
We have 11,000 parts we distribute throughout the country with 11 locations. You must have good written communication skills using Microsoft Office products, especially Excel spreadsheets. Verbal communication should include empathy for our customers.

Qualifications
Degree preferred, not required
Without a degree, a minimum of 2 years of consecutive customer service over-the-phone experience
Good tenure
Excellent computer skills, especially with Microsoft products
