Job Description
Provide project management support for local and regional automation controls projects and customers
Responsibilities:
Be the main point of contact for the internal team and for the customer
Lead internal project team activities and address any issues
Understand and manage project budget
Update customer with regular communication
Coordinate in house commissioning of projects
Maintain all required project documentation
Coordinate delivery of the equipment to customer facility
Travel onsite for some or all of the installation and commissioning phases of the project
Conduct project post mortem to review the lessons learned
Local, regional, and possibly international travel may be required to meet customer project needs
Minimum Educational Qualifications:
4 year degree in either business or engineering preferred but not required
Minimum Previous Experience:
5 Years as a project manager in a manufacturing environment (automation experience a plus)
Minimum Additional Training:
PMP certification a plus
Other Skills:
Proficiency with MS Office including Project
