As a Warehouse Associate at Evergreen Flooring, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operations of our warehouse, supporting our sales team, and providing exceptional customer service to our valued customers. Your main responsibilities will include:

Receiving and organizing incoming inventory, including carpets, rugs, and other flooring materials.

Accurately picking, packing, and preparing orders for delivery or customer pickup.

Loading and unloading trucks and safely operating warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks.

Maintaining a clean and organized warehouse, ensuring safety regulations are always followed.

Assisting with inventory control, conducting regular inventory counts, and reporting discrepancies to management.

Collaborating with the sales team to fulfill customer orders and provide excellent service.

To be successful in this role, you should have:

Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics role, preferably in the flooring or construction industry.

Ability to lift heavy objects, stand for extended periods, and work in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Familiarity with warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks (certification is a plus).

Basic computer skills for inventory management and order processing.
