We are implementing a remote worker verification process, which includes conducting visual audits for all new joiners and annual audits thereafter.

The key points of this process include: Conducting remote workspace audits via webcam or phonecam, with inspections lasting less than 5 minutes.

Ensuring closed workspaces with no shared living spaces, unless the individual lives alone.

Mandating the covering of laptops or screens visible from windows.

Verifying high-speed internet connections (no satellite or mobile broadband). Maintaining a quiet and focused work environment, free from personal responsibilities and domestic noises.

Skillset Required: Candidates should be proficient in basic computing troubleshooting and possess the following qualifications: Effective communication skills and the ability to manage multiple software systems.

Accountability, results orientation, and critical thinking skills.

Flexibility to adapt to changes and receptive to constructive feedback.

Proficiency in navigating multiple computer applications and handling dual monitors.

Typing speed of more than 30 WPM.

Preferred qualifications include prior call center experience and familiarity with ITES/BPO/KPO/Customer Service/Operations.

Education: A high school diploma or GED is required, while a bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience is preferred.

Computer skills are a must, and candidates should be willing to work in a flexible schedule, including holidays and weekends.
