Overview:

Under the supervision of the Case Management Director, performs a variety of administrative, staff support and clerical functions, which require a range of skills knowledge of organizational policies and procedures. Assists with inquires, composes edits and proofreads correspondence and reports, and prepares a range of administrative documents. Special projects as assigned.

Responsibilities:

Ability to communicate to patients, physicians, visitors and employees in a concise and effective manner. Ability to compose memos and letters. Ability to add, subtracts, multiply and divide whole numbers, fractions and percents. Ability to apply common sense principles, along with knowledge base to analyze and solve problems that arise. Ability to define a complex problem collects data, establish data, and draw a valid conclusion. Moderate to complex problem-solving skills and prioritization of needs. Ability to operate basis office equipment.

Qualifications:

Two years of college or equivalent work experience preferred. Strong ability to read, write and speak English language. Ability to respond to common inquires or complaints from employees, regulatory agencies or members of the business community.
