Sr. Design Engineer

Innovative, product development manufacturer (Greater Philadelphia/Horsham, PA area) is seeking a Sr. Design Engineer to champion conceptual design, development, and build of mechanical parts and assemblies. We are seeking a self-starter who would embrace the opportunity to develop the solutions which will revolutionize, wearable technology. We need seeking a Design Engineering expert who can ensure optimal form, fit, function for manufacturing.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING - Sr. Design Engineer

Implement and support Design, manufacturing, Product development, and automation initiatives

Research and develop solutions for selecting components and injection molded plastic design

Develop tools and fixture supporting new product development and assembly

Support optimizing automation and assemblyWHAT YOU NEED - Sr. Design Engineer:

Engineering Degree

10+ years of electro-mechanical design engineering experience (including regulated products)

Experienced with a wide variety of fabrication/manufacturing processes

Strong Solidworks, GD&T, and manufacturing tool and fixture design (manual, automation, and robotic cell)
