Do you want to be a part of the Industrial Engineering team looking to prepare manufacturing processes and systems for production as simply as possible?

Core Responsibilities

Creates and optimises the work description.

Guides in manufacturing packaging processes and machinery

Provides feedback for IE R&D developers

Supports the platform ownership process and its activities.

Actively participates in tests of new technology and new products.

Improves the process of introducing novelties into production.

Manages and maintains system production data.

Evaluates problematic productions and collaborate on proposals to solve them.

Industrial engineers play an important part in the novelty development process. The team is mainly focused on supporting production with knowledge of processes and routing the main production platforms.

Industrial engineers mostly participate in projects linked to the work description and provide feedback for developers in collaboration with customers (production, planning, and quality).

Industrial engineers can also be important players within global standardisation processes.

Do you have what it takes?

A bachelor in engineering, e.g., Industrial Engineering would be an advantage.

Having at least 4 years of experience in industrial engineering from a multinational manufacturing company

Having experience dealing with different cultures, working across time zones

SAP experience at the user level is an advantage.

Knowledge of quality and lean tools is an advantage.

Willingness to travel for up to 15 days per year

Strong verbal and written English communication
