Global Payroll Manager

Global Payroll Operations Manager We are looking for a talented Global Payroll Operations Manager to join our team in Nashville, TN.

This role manages payroll operations, it's responsible for the processing and auditing of multiple payroll cycles globally . Develops processes to ensure accurate and timely delivery of payroll payments and reporting in alignment with applicable policies, legislation, and internal controls procedures and monitors compliance.

This is a hybrid role, candidates will be required to be in-office two to three days a week, or as needed.

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways: * Collaborate with a community of global payroll and time processing teams to ensure standard controls and processes.

* Plan and implement improvements and provide input to a business case that help prioritize and balance stakeholder needs versus wants.

* Develop a framework to monitor and report global payroll KPIs and trends.

* Partner with the operations teams to identify improvement opportunities within the existing processes.

* Responsible for auditing and reporting global compliance with local payroll tax and social insurance regulations.
