Waiter/Waitress

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Waiter/Waitress.

The Waiter/Waitress will play a key role in providing excellent service to our guests, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities: Greet guests warmly and escort them to their tables.

Present menus and provide recommendations to guests.

Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system.

Relay orders to the kitchen and ensure timely delivery of food and drinks.

Check on guests throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.

Clear tables and reset them for the next guests.

Process payments accurately and efficiently.

Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements: Previous experience as a waiter/waitress or in a customer service role preferred.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy Positive attitude and willingness to go above and beyond to exceed guest expectations.

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Food handlers certification (or willingness to obtain upon hiring) is a plus.
