Job Description: 5 years of demonstrated ability working with organizational change implementations; certifications (PROSCI, etc.) is a plus.

Exceptional listening and communication skills, both written and verbal, to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences.

Ability to empower and influence others to move toward a common vision or goal without authority or a direct reporting relationship.

Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations across various functions and at all levels in an organization.
