is looking for an experienced Proposal Manager to join our team of industry leading professionals supporting our Customers in the Federal Government.

Roles & Responsibilities Develop proposal schedule, outline, writing assignments and page limit Prepare RFI, SS initial response drafts Ensure on time proposal material submission from internal and external writers Coordinate proposal meetings Attend pre-proposal conference periodically for large opportunities when necessary Assemble final proposal when needed periodically Manage proposal folder and SharePoint site Coordinate with proposal writer, recruiter, proposal coordinator, desk top publisher, editor and graphics designer to get all tasks done timely Perform reviews and quality assurance checks/edits when necessary JOB REQUIREMENTS Minimum Qualifications: U.S.

Citizen or Green Card holder and have the ability to pass background check 8 years+ experience in proposal management in government contracting environment Capabilities using MS Office and document management tools Excellent attention to details Excellent time management and organization skills Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university with a relevant major Preferred Qualifications Experience with developing and managing multiple proposals for IT services in support of Civil Federal Market customers Experience with opportunities between $30M and $100M in value Experience managing at least 4 proposals concurrently Track record in submitting winning proposal Experience working with PMs, Directors, and SMEs from diversified technical, functional, business and cultural backgrounds Must be proactive and able to function independently Shipley training is strongly preferred Strong organizational, verbal, written and inter-personal communication skills Able to multi-task; be a team player who can interact with both executives and peers Ability to work under deadline pressure Able and willing to work evenings and weekends when needed Experience working in government contracting Futrend Technology, Inc.
