Our Instruction & Innovation team is seeking a Curriculum Specialist Supervisor to provide guidance, development and collaboration to clients and staff.

Essential Functions include, but are not limited to the following:*

Responsible for supervising, training and staff development for Curriculum Specialists and TOCs.

Develops schedules; assigning and monitoring work; gathering resources; implementing productivity standards; resolving operations problems; implementing new procedures.

Builds effective teamwork within Specialists team to achieve deadlines and company-wide goals.

Works with department leaders to develop and maintain systems of communication and client needs.

Supports all matters of curriculum development, including the digital platforms.

Manages critical curriculum documents, database and student information systems.

Maintains SIS portal management, as needed or allowed.

Works with Specialists to ensure all client's staff informed of test corrections and curricular updates.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:

Ability to independently take initiative and work efficiently, exercising reasonable judgment in a fast-paced, multi-task environment.

Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Excellent knowledge of Google Suite programs and the ability to use technology effectively.

Ability to perform formal presentations to staff and committees regarding curriculum.

Ability to work effectively under pressure and demonstrate problem-solving skills, while maintaining diplomacy, courtesy, professionalism, and a customer service attitude.

Excellent knowledge of company curriculum, and testing strategies.

Ability to travel as needed.

Education and Experience:

Minimum BA degree or equivalent

Possession of a California Teaching Credential preferred

Minimum 6 months company teaching experience preferred

1-2 years supervisorial experience preferred
