DoD Program Manager (PMP )

Salary: $100-140k/yr We are seeking a skilled and experienced Program Manager to join our team in overseeing Department of Defense (DoD) programs.

As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering various projects within the DoD, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, government regulations, and contractual obligations.

Responsibilities:

Lead and manage complex DoD programs, ensuring successful execution within scope, schedule, and budget constraints.

Coordinate with government stakeholders, contractors, and subcontractors to achieve program objectives.

Oversee all phases of program lifecycle, from requirements analysis and planning to implementation, testing, and sustainment.

Provide strategic guidance and direction to project teams, fostering collaboration and alignment with organizational goals.

Develop and maintain program documentation, including project plans, schedules, risk registers, and performance metrics.

Identify and mitigate risks and issues proactively, employing best practices and lessons learned from past experiences.

Serve as the primary point of contact for program stakeholders, facilitating communication and managing expectations.

Monitor and report on program progress, status, and key performance indicators to senior leadership and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

Active PMP

2+ years DoD program management experience
