Mechanical Designer/ Drafter - SolidWorks

Mechanical Designer They are currently searching for an experienced Mechanical Designer to join their team on a permanent full time basis.

Create and revise Autodesk Inventor models, AutoCAD drawings, BOM’s, and other engineering documentation as required.

Participate in design and drawing reviews, shop floor troubleshooting, prototype builds and documentation preparation.

5+ years of Solidworks/Autodesk Inventor experience in a mechanical environment.

~ Experienced taking basic concepts through to detail design including analysis, component selection and functional testing ~ Strong attention to detail, particularly with creating mechanical layout, weldment, and assembly drawings ~ Proven ability to design for manufacturing and assembly ~ MODERN TECHNICAL STAFFING INC.
