Garden Maintenance Team Leader

Madisons Recruitment are looking for a Garden Maintenance Team Leader on a permanent basis located in Southampton, Hampshire.

Candidate must hold a Full UK Drivers License for this position

Responsibilities

As the Garden Maintenance Team Leader you will be leading a small team of gardeners and completing a variety of tasks which could include:

Ground maintenance duties on high end clients

Enforcing Health and Safety regulations

A good knowledge of garden maintenance

Experience with dealing with clients face to face

Liasing with company directors

Requirements

PPE will be essential

Full UK Drivers License required

At least 4 years experience in the horticultural industry

Ideally experience leading a team of people

Benefits

£30,000 - £35,000 per annum, though dependant on experience

Permanent role

7:00-4:30, Monday to Friday

Company Van (not to be taken home)
