Job Title: Mail Clerk – 29134

Position Type: Full time – Regular

Shift: 08:00am – 05:00pm Monday and 09:00am- 05:00am Tuesday – Friday

Pay: $13-$14/hr

Job Summary: Mailroom Experience

Essential Functions & Responsibilities:

Process mail, deliver mail, scan in/out packages and deliver mail/packages.

Package and process Shipping

Run Postage meter.

Lookup and sort Mail.

Help resolve customer concerns/issues

Administrative services/assist in reports using excel and assisting manager with monthly reports.

Lift large bundles of mail and make mail deliveries

Handle time-sensitive material

Perform duties and special requests as assigned by the manager.

Maintain accuracy of required reports, logs, and measurements

Ensure adherence to business guidelines, safety & security procedures

Minimum Qualifications:

Minimum of 1-year customer service-related experience required

Ability to resolve customer concerns/issues

Ability to communicate both verbally and written with customers and company personnel

High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required

Ability to effectively work individually or in a team environment

Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously

Strong organizational and administrative skills required

Computer proficiency in email environments, MS Word/Excel

Ability to adhere to company’s policies and procedures

Ability to maintain a safe work environment.

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Ability to work on the dock and deliver packages.

Pay Disclosure:

"The pay range for this position is $13-$14/hr; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Bonus opportunities may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.”
