Maintenance Technician

Job Description

We are currently seeking a Maintenance Technician/Porter to join our team! You will be responsible for completing work orders and other required tasks.

Responsibilities:

"Jack of all Trades", plumbing, carpentry, painting, electrical, janitorial and grounds work.

Perform routine preventive maintenance

Maintain material and supply inventory

Oversee work performed by outside contractors as necessary

Qualifications:

Previous experience in maintenance or other related fields preferred

Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment

Ability to handle physical workload on occasion

Deadline and detail-oriented
