Job Description

Experienced agent will perform duties as a Customer Service Representative on a $12,000,000 book of business. A Texas General Lines Property and Casualty license is required. Limited Lines licenses are not accepted. Hourly base pay ranges from $20 - $22 per hour based on your experience. In addition to hourly base pay, you will receive new business sales commissions at 5% of premium for all lines of business. Additional compensation may include weekly, monthly, or annual bonuses. Paid vacation, funded retirement plan with an employer 3% match. We are looking for long-term employees that have personal goals and possess the motivation to achieve those goals.
