Role and Responsibilities
Clear understanding and ability to manage day to day duties including but not limited to Labor, comps and voids
Uphold company standards along with policies and procedures
Work side by side with the team to not only coach and direct but to also grow staff members productivity daily
Ability to adapt to change
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Minimum of 2 years of previous restaurant management preferred
Experience with sales volumes over one million
Ability to engage and develop the team
Understand the local market to engage with guest
