Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and self-driven Digital Account Manager to join our marketing team! We offer a flexible, fun work environment with a generous PTO policy and incentive bonuses. As a Digital Account Manager at our company, your main duty will be to maintain an ongoing relationship with clients, vendors, and team members in the administration and strategy of online marketing campaigns for multiple clients at one time. Full-time positions available with opportunity for advancement. This position is currently a remote position due to the pandemic, open to US residents. Your role will be extremely important for customers success, satisfaction and, ultimately, loyalty.
Digital Account Manager duties and responsibilities:
Build long-term relationships with clients
Plan and implement digital and marketing strategies for clients
Investigate and determine clients wants and needs
Work with clients towards reaching their goals
Optimize web content in order to improve SEO
Present and train on social media strategies
Analyze effectiveness of digital campaigns
Recommend, design and implement digital projects to increase their ROI
Set up a list of KPIs to track for each client
Prepare and present reports on their progress
Keep abreast with new trends in digital technology
Communicate with clients at least once a month regarding strategy and progress of account via webinar/conference call (the preference is always webinar default to conference call only when webinar is not possible)
Communicate with team and management on project development, timelines, and results as they pertain to each client’s account
Work with team members on strategies for social media, content, SEO, paid search, drip campaigns, and more to ensure accurate and effective implementation and ongoing success
Preemptively identify potential account issues and work with the team and client to find a resolution
Monthly review all client reporting and analytics: identify problem areas, locate areas for improvement, strengthen areas of weakness, discuss with client current analytics and next steps for the following month
Educate, guide, and teach client on: current trends for digital marketing and advertising, industry best practices, current “hot” trends in leads, utilizing client portals, and how to self serve certain aspects of their websites
Must maintain minimum retention rate on current clients
Seek referrals from current clients to grow the organization
Digital Account Manager requirements:
At least 4 years of Project Management Experience
Minimum of 5 years of Data Analysis in digital marketing analytics (Paid Search, SEO, Email/SMS marketing, CRM)
Experience working as a Digital Account Manager
Experience with SEO/SEM and CRM software
Experience with Google Adwords campaigns
In-depth knowledge of online marketing tools and technology
Excellent understanding and knowledge of social media platforms
Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on company’s success

Great interpersonal and communication skills
