The Alpha Spine Center is looking for a Full Time Chiropractic Assistant .

Please ONLY applicants with a 30 min drive time and will not accept further.

We are looking for a Front Office Chiropractic Assistant that would help assist in Greeting Patients, Answering Phones, Submitting Insurance, Communicating with Insurance Companies, Monitoring Patient Care Programs, and Cold Laser and Ice Treatments. Front desk/customer service experience required, will train on insurance and therapies.

We are looking for the following qualities:

- Friendly – in person and on the phone with good communication skills

- Caring - Loves to serve people

- Multi-Tasking – this is a must, we are a fast moving practice

- Team Oriented

- Quick mover

- Like to stay busy.

- Computer skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Insurance Program or Practice Management system

- High Level of detail and precision

- Insurance – experience in procedure coding would benefit
