Job Description

Construction firm specializing in exterior restoration (5 Boroughs; scaffolding, masonry, waterproofing, metal work, and roofing) looking for F/T Project Manager. Candidate MUST have experience in this field as a contractor, architect or engineer. Responsibilities include:

1. Project Management

2. Material ordering

3. Daily Site Visits

4. Field Coordination and Supervision

5. Reading/understanding specifications (written and drawings)

6. Submittals

7. Knowledge of suspended scaffolding and fixed pipe scaffolding

8. Meeting with clients, architects and/or engineers

10. Hiring of field workers.
