The DCX Home-Based Graphic Designer has a strong ability to listen to the client, understand their goals, and assist in the creation of creative solutions with a high visual impact. This role will work closely with the client to ensure that branding is integrated into the goals of the partner brands they serve. Your creativity, attention to detail, and understanding of design principles will play a vital role in shaping the visual identity and success of the client's brand.

Strong understanding of design principles, visual composition, and details

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Develop and create visually appealing and effective marketing across a range of mediums, including but not limited to Flyers, Presentations, Direct Mail, Packaging, Trade Show Materials, Website(s), Social Graphics, and E-Commerce Graphics

Collaborate with Product team members to edit, touch up, and enhance product images

Create visually striking retail product packaging across a variety of categories and brands

Maintain a centralized digital asset library for internal and external use

Prepare art files for release to printers and decorators

Support the creation of company-wide branded assets for internal and external use

Ensure consistency and quality of design assets including colors, icons, and copy

WHAT WE LOOK FOR

Fluent in English

Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite

Expertise in Microsoft Suite

Knowledge of digital and print file formats, setup, and design best practices

Compelling portfolio of work spanning a wide range of creative projects and showcasing a clear understanding of branding, typography, and general design principles

Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written

Excellent time management and prioritization skills

Excellent collaboration skills and the ability to work cross-functionally with stakeholders

Ability to manage multiple design projects in a fast-paced environment, in both day-to-day and long-term workflows

Produce high-quality work and meet deadlines consistently

Self-starter with a strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills

Ability to take direction and feedback with a positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team

WHAT WE OFFER

Salary Range: Php 43,000 - 45,000

Industry: Promotional Products

Job Type: Full-time

Work Shift: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM CST (USA)

Workdays: Monday through Friday (USA)
