Position: Administration Manager Experience: 7-10 years in the textile industry Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline Location: Karachi – Korangi Industry: Textile Responsibilities: -Lead the administration department efficiently, ensuring smooth operations and strict adherence to company policies.

-Effectively manage and resolve employee grievances and disputes, fostering a harmonious work environment.

-Develop and implement company policies in accordance with industry standards and legal requirements.

-Liaise with government bodies, such as the Ministry of Interior and local police departments, to address operational issues and ensure compliance.

-Oversee gate control systems for inbound and outbound logistics, visitor management, and employee access.

-Prepare staff's monthly payroll and coordinate with Government Departments for EOBI/PESSI payments.

-Maintain rigorous control over fire safety and health systems to protect personnel and assets.

-Manage vendor relationships to procure necessary supplies and services for operations.

-Supervise security operations, including security personnel duties and weapon inspections.

-Generate monthly reports on operational expenses, including fuel consumption and utility usage.

-Handle payroll processing for staff and liaise with government agencies for EOBI/PESSI payments.

-Review and promptly address incidents and breaches to uphold security and safety standards.
