Engineering Manager
Description:
Our client is a well-known agricultural cooperative with facilities across North America. This innovation company is looking to add an Engineering Manager to their facility near Las Vegas, NV. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader with a track record of creating cohesion between engineering and maintenance teams.

As the Engineering Manager responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
Development and lead continuous improvement plans
Manage financial aspects of projects
Lead technical system improvements
Be a part of the leadership team
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, policies, and procedures
Salary Range: $120,000/year - $130,000/year

As the Engineering Manager job requirements consist of, but are not limited to, the following:
BS or MS in Engineering or Business
7+ years of in-plant manufacturing experience
Previous experience in food and/or beverage industry is ideal
Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience
Experience in a PSM regulated facility a plus
