Responsibilities

Review or create EDI specifications and create data mapping documents.

Map EDI transactions in various EDI platforms.

EDI Trading Partner and communication setup and testing.

Monitor deliverables and ensure timely completion of tasks/projects.

Post implementation support for all EDI clients.

Work closely with the Project Management and Development team to provide timely updates and estimates.

Gather critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and produce useful documentation.

Effectively communicate your insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management.

Document and communicate the results of your efforts.

Ensure solutions meet business needs and requirements.

Perform user acceptance testing.

What You Bring To The Team

A minimum of 3+ years Supply Chain experience in business analysis or an IT related field.

Experience analyzing X12 and EDIFACT EDI specifications especially transaction sets 204/210/214/850/856/810/990/940/943/944/945/947/301/304/310/315/110

Ability to map data in and out of EDI standards.

Ability to configure and troubleshoot FTP, SFTP, AS2, and HTTP connections

Familiarity with a wide variety of data file types such as CSV, XML, JSON, X12, and EDIFACT.

Excellent documentation skills.

Fundamental analytical and conceptual thinking skills.

Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.

The ability to successfully work alone or with a team as needed.

Experience working with multiple EDI platforms - Boomi, Stedi, Orderful is a plus

Experience with JavaScript is a plus.

Basic understanding of APIs and Web services.

Ability to respond to an incident during off-hours, if needed.

Compensation

The anticipated annual salary range for this position is $80,000 USD.

Actual compensation is based on a range of factors including the candidate's skill set, experience, education, certifications, and training.
