Your primary responsibility will be monitoring the progress of these orders until completion of casting.

Collaborating closely with the Planning Team, including the Planning Manager and Master Scheduler, you'll engage with various departments such as Commercial, Operations, Engineering, Procurement, Quality, and Logistics to optimize material flow and ensure timely delivery.

This role is dedicated to driving on-time delivery by adhering to rigorous planning and ERP compliance, with a focus on achieving On-Time In-Full (OTIF) delivery for post-cast production.

Key Responsibilities: * Manage Pre-Cast production schedule and ensure adherence to it.

* Collaborate with Post-Cast Planning to assess required throughput for the 14-week Sales Plan and expedite any backmarkers.

* Support load and capacity planning, identifying key constraints when agreeing on schedules.

* Ensure the team has credible plans to meet demand.

* Identify, prioritize, and escalate any Supply Chain risks to the plan.

* Work with Engineering, Operations, and Commercial teams to generate and deliver project plans meeting internal commitments.

* Manage Work in Progress (WIP) and inventory to achieve budgeted working capital targets.

* Regularly update Excess and Obsolete data and lead meetings to address aged parts and slow-moving WIP.

* Daily update reports and planning tools for accurate data review at planning meetings.

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create Pre-Cast Production Plan aligned with Alloy Replenishment Plan.

* Create production orders in line with the production plan.

* Support MRP/ERP compliance by periodically reviewing key master data.

Qualifications: * 5+ years experience in MRP systems * Good understanding and experience of Capacity Planning * Systems modelling and simulation (intermediate) * Advanced Excel skills * 3-5 years in Planning environment (Preferably engineering with NPD) and knowledge of material planning.

* Knowledge of MPS and SIOP processes would be advantageous * experience in manufacturing environment.
