Overview:
The Area Sales Manager in the Electronic Division plays a critical role in driving sales and revenue growth within a specific geographic area. This position is vital to the organization as it is responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing a team of sales professionals, and fostering strong relationships with clients and partners.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
Manage and oversee the daily operations of sales teams within the designated area,
ensuring optimal productivity and performance.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing dealers and
distributors.
Identify and onboard new dealers and distributors to expand market penetration.
Provide dealers and distributors with the necessary tools, products, and training to
enhance their sales capabilities.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities, adjusting strategies as needed to
maintain competitive edge.
Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management, providing insights into
sales performance and market opportunities.
Conduct regular meetings with sales teams and partners to discuss performance, resolve
issues, and motivate team members.
Ensure compliance with all company policies and regulations within the sales operations.
Job Specification:
Prior experience of looking after channel of products such as Home Appliances, Small Home appliances and home electronics.
Proper sales skills and knowledge
Excellent communication skills both written and verbally
Outstanding negotiation skills
Must have a smart, dynamic and pleasing personality.
Good reporting and computer skills
Ability to work under pressure with full dedication and efficiency
