HR Trainee/ HR Recruiter:
Roles And Responsibilities:
· Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and coordinating interviews.
· Screen resumes and application forms
· Schedule and confirm interviews with candidates
· Post, update and remove job ads from job boards, careers pages and social networks
· Prepare HR-related reports as needed.
· Participate in organizing company events and careers days
· Manage employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality, and handle HR-related documentation.
· Maintain employee attendance and update it accordingly.
· Spearhead seamless onboarding processes for new hires.
· Efficiently handle the exit process, ensuring a positive departure experience.
Requirements:-

· University level studies in Human Resources.
· Excellent Verbal and communication skills.
