Dental Lab Solutions in West Columbia, 3747 SUNSET BLVD is looking for one receptionist to join our 4 person strong team. We are located on 3747 Sunset Blvd Suite B. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, punctual, and engaged.

Responsibilities

Organizing incoming and outgoing cases

Answer and screen phone calls

Organize and schedule meetings as needed

Maintaining office cleanliness and organization of resources\

Social Media

Qualifications

Proven experience as an outstanding receptionist

Knowledge of spreadsheets and word processing documents

Excellent customer service skills and courteous phone manner

Time-management and organizational skills
