MEP Engineer

The MEP Engineer will be responsible for managing and coordinating all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems in our Fit - out projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in MEP design, installation, commissioning, and maintenance .

QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Plumbing Engineering or related field

At least 5 years of experience in MEP design, installation, commissioning, and maintenance buildings

Knowledge of local building codes and regulations

willing to be assigned in Calamba Plant

SKILLS:

Proficiency in AutoCAD and other MEP design software

Strong project management and communication skills

Ability to work independently and manage multiple hotel and building projects

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Experience working with contractors, subcontractors, and other project stakeholders
