Greeting guests and responding to queries
Changing bed linen and making beds
Replacing used towels and other bathroom amenities, such as shampoo and soap
Sweeping and mopping floors
Vacuuming carperts
Dusting and polishing furniture
Emptying trash containers and ashtrays
Cleaning public areas, such as corridors
Reporting any technical issues and maintenance needs
Updating status of guest rooms on assignment sheets
Returning and restocking cleaning cart at shift end
Maintan positive, effective, and respectful working relationships with co-workers, supervisors, managers and officers within and across department boundaries
Uphold and display high standards of professionalism, integrity, honesty, attendance, punctuality, and personal appearance
Perform other miscellaneous duties as assigned by the Housekeeping Management Team
