Description:

Oversees the day to day operations of the branch and acts as the subject-matter expert for operational concerns

Handles concerns and queries by walk-in clients

Builds sales by growing client services and nurturing customer relationships

Prepares and submit the reports needed by the Branch Manager

o Cargo status

o Daily Sales Performance based on sales value and tonnage

· Performs daily cash count and validates all bank deposits.

· Coordinates with the transport department for additional trucks and manpower

· Ensures that all required business licenses are complete and updated

· Ensures that the branch is clean and all packages are properly stored (in compliance to 5S standards)

· Reports broken fixtures (such as bulbs, chairs, tables, etc.) for immediate resolution/action.

· Coordinates and schedules preventive maintenance of branch equipment with facilities team.

· Ensures that branch assets are fully accounted, maintained and protected from possible damage and theft.

· Conduct and monitor Branch and Employee Performance

· Coaches and manages the productivity and performance of branch Employee

· Approves application for leave and OTs of Branch Employee with the confirmation of the department head

· Collaborates with department head and Human Capital Management (HCM) for manpower issues and concerns

· Communicates all Management directives, department goals, and sales goals to team members

· Monitors the inventory of supplies and non-saleable assets in the branch

· Performs related tasks that may be assigned from time to time by management

· Produce quality outputs and satisfy service level agreements with internal and external customers

· Lives out the Vision, Mission and Values of the organization

· Adhere to the company rules/regulations, policies, code of conduct/employee handbook, standard operating procedures, work instructions and protocols on Good Warehousing Practice (GWP), Good Transport Practice (GTP), service quality, safety, security, business continuity, etc.

· Ensures that all branch Employee complies to the company rules/regulations, policies, code of conduct/employee handbook, standard operating procedures, work instructions and protocols on GWP, GTP, service quality, safety, security, business continuity, etc.
