Responsibilities:Develop and implement the resort healthcare service.Provide primary and secondary care to directors, employees, and customers
Provide emergency treatment in the workplace.Create a clean, and comfortable sickbay area.Manage inventory relating to healthcare
Document all employee injuries and illnesses and keep this information confidential.Improve the health of employees through ongoing programs and health checks.Define Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) relating to healthcare
Create and deliver training related to healthcare and department process
Create/Participate in marketing relevant to healthcare in the resort
Participate in and contribute to regular management meetings
Qualifications:Nursing degree or similar
Licensed as a Registered Nurse5+ years experience in nursing
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
