POSITION: Building Engineer
DEPLOYMENT: Head Office (for deployment at different projects where relievers are needed), Property Management Operations (PMO) Division
WORK CONDITIONS
Minimum work hours shall be 44 hours a week
Regular work hours shall be 8:00am-5pm Monday to Friday, and Half day Saturdays.
The main location of work will be in Cubao, Quezon City
The position may be required to travel to locations to Quezon City where the project assigned to is located.
The position requires being able to work under pressure and meeting deadlines.
Basic Salary: Php 34,606.00 Basic Pay + Php 4,000.00 Allowance with Health card, OT pay and government benefits.
TASKS, FUNCTIONS, RESPONSIBILITIES
Primary duty is to relieve project -based Building Engineer when they are unable to report to work
Manage the day-to-day tasks of the property’s Engineering and Maintenance function
Ensure the effective implementation of the company’s standard Preventive Maintenance Program
Ensure that all equipment and facilities have proper tagging and simple, step by step guide on how to operate
Prepare Terms of Reference for major Engineering and Maintenance projects
Attend to concerns/complaints of unit owners/tenants and dispense instructions on action to be taken to the Technical Coordinator
Give instructions to the Technical Coordinator regarding work schedule or assignment of technicians, preparation of purchase requests for supplies and materials
Give instructions to the Technical Coordinator regarding engineering supplies and materials needed by the technical team
Adhere to the concern slip process related to the Engineering and Maintenance works
Adhere to the fit-out and renovation guidelines of the Corporation
Vetting fit-out or renovation plans to ensure adherence to the rules of the Corporation.
Troubleshoot emergency technical situations
Execute the Daily Ocular Inspection Checklist and note observations; endorse to Technical Coordinator if there is action to be taken
Coach and mentor Engineering and Maintenance staff
Ensure cleanliness and pleasing appearance of work areas including proper grooming of the technical staff
Handles the technical team with regard to attendance, performance, and physical appearance
Administers performance evaluation for all technical staff
Establish good rapport and working relationship with the Board/Client representative
Build a personal yet professional relationship with unit owners/tenants.

Owner of the Equipment Uptime Report
Daily Ocular Inspection
Weekly Equipment Status Report
PERFORMANCE STANDARD
100% Equipment Uptime
Closure of minor technical concerns within a maximum of 7 calendar days
Closure of major technical concerns within a maximum of 4 weeks
Maintain 1% Corrective Action Request (CAR) for the year
Maintain below 3% Non-Conformity (NC) for the year
MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS
A. EDUCATION
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Electrical Engineer, Mechanical Engineer, or equivalent
B. WORK EXPERIENCE
Licensed Engineer
Minimum of 2-3 years of related work experience in building operations, engineering, and equipment and systems maintenance
Ability to handle multiple projects and make decisions.
With knowledge in maintenance of all building system
Has knowledge and understanding of blueprints.
Has Certificate of Completion of Engineering Technical Training, Building Operations and Maintenance Training.
Has strong interpersonal and leadership skills
Dependable with value for high work ethics and customer service
Must be keen to details and has good observation skills
With good moral character
Should be available and on call 24/7
