Job Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Food Technology, Chemical Engineering or any food related courses
Knowledge in Product Development Process, GMP, HACCP, Food Safety and Quality Management Systems
At least 1 year experience as Quality Control Assurance
Summary of Duties:
Preparation of all ingredients and preservatives to ensure quality control and confidentiality of all product formulations.
Quality Control and acceptance of all delivered Raw Materials (RM) in Blending & Section.
Quality control of all Blended Fish Sauce, Vinegar, Soy Sauce, Bagoong Isda in the Blending Section.
Quality control of all incoming Packaging Materials (PM) in the Bottling Section.
Ensure achievement of all Blending efficiencies.
Compliance to Statutory, Regulatory and Internal Quality and Food Safety Standards.
