Stock Pharmacist

STOCK PHARMACIST

Stock Pharmacist is responsible to manage receiving and checking of medicines, medical and surgical equipment's, its storage management and dispatching of orders.

SCOPE OF ROLE:

Reports to: Stock and Logistics Administrator

Key accountabilities

To receive and check incoming Medical products and supplies (from suppliers and other organization) and ensure quality and standards of the medical products and supplies

To ensure proper storage of medicines by standard warehouse running documents and procedures and to locate the drugs by categorized lay-out

To maintain medical storage space clean and tidy stacking of boxes and set correct room temperature and level of moisture by keeping daily track records

To arrange picking, sorting and packing of Medical Products for distribution to various destination with the help of Stock Controller

To monitor drugs’ expiry date and minimum medical stock level in order to protect the supply rupture and report findings to Stock and Logistics Administrator

To oversee the destruction process of expired/unused medicines and drugs in line with SCI drug disposal policy

Other tasks and duties duly requested by Stock and Logistics Administrator as related to the management of Medical Stock

Competencies and Skills:

Must be detail-oriented, organized and able to work with minimal supervision

Good in verbal and written communication skills

Well versed in office productivity applications (word and excel)

Hardworking and trustworthy

Responsible and reliable

Requirements:

BS Pharmacy graduate - Registered Pharmacist, with or without experience

Willing to work in Quezon City

Willing to undergo medical clearance

Can start ASAP
