Warehouse In-Charge

Duties and Responsibilities:

Achieves high levels of customer satisfaction through excellence in receiving, order processing, checking, dispatching, transfers and inventory management

Controls inventory level by leading the physical count and reconciling variances. Provides reconciliation report to OM, GM, Finance and Whse Coor & Mgr

Safeguards warehouse operations and contents by complying with the security procedures and protocols

Manages BO returns to supplier as per agreement and schedule

Maintains items record, document necessary information and utilize reports to project warehouse status

Submits reports accurately and timely

Meets warehouse standards as set by the company

Maintains physical condition of the warehouse and initiate request for repair or replacement when needed

Qualifications:

Possesses leadership skills

Is a graduate of any 4-year course in college

Is experienced in handling different kinds of internal and external transactions

Preferably with related experience
