Warehouse and Logistics Supervisor

Job Qualifications:

Graduate of any 4-year course

With 1-2 years of experience in warehousing, inventory & dispatch in supervisory capacity

Computer Literate

With knowledge in Good warehousing Practices, 5s, etc.

Job Responsibilities:

Monitor and oversee the works of warehouse and logistics personnel (Drivers, Helpers, Forklift Operators, etc.) on a daily basis

Prepare Inventory Report on a daily basis

Prepare Documents for Transfer of FG's to SPL

Stocks and Storage monitoring, Inventory Accuracy, Product Quality

Reports discrepancies between physical counts and system records

Maintain cleanliness and organize on a daily basis

Strictly implement FEFO (First Expiry First Out)

Other various tasks as assigned
