Work Assignment: will be assigned to the Imus Cavite Branch
· Prepares Profit and Loss (PNL) statements, budget reports, and analysis for the branch
· Builds sales by growing the following:
o Sales vs pervious year on a monthly/quarterly/yearly basis
o Average transaction value per customer
o Client list
o Average number of transactions per day
· Generates and analyzes the following reports:
o Cargo status and delivery performance
o Daily Sales Performance based on sales value and tonnage
o Employee performance
o Branch expenses vs sales
· Develops strategies and initiatives that helps grow branch sales and customer traffic
· Locate areas of improvement and propose corrective actions that meet challenges and leverage growth opportunities
· Implements polices and protocols for branch efficiency
· Monitors and minimizes branch variances/errors such as misrouted cargoes and damaged cargoes
· Helps with day-to-day operations when needed
· Oversees multiple branches that has a Supervisor or Assistant Manager as head
· Ensures that all branch requirements and issues are relayed to the correct departments
· Ensures that branch assets are fully accounted, maintained and protected from possible damage and theft.
· Coaches and manages the productivity and performance of Assistant Managers and Supervisors
· Manages and oversees the manpower and plantilla of the assigned branch(es)
· Participate in the recruitment process and interviews applicants for the designated branch
· Approves application for leave of Supervisors and Assistant Managers
· Collaborates with department head and HCM for manpower issues and concerns
· Communicates all Management directives, department goals, and sales goals to team members
· Performs related tasks may be assigned from time to time by management
· Produce quality outputs and satisfy service level agreements with internal and external customers
· Lives out the Vision, Mission and Values of the organization
· Adhere to the company rules/regulations, policies, code of conduct/employee handbook, standard operating procedures, work instructions and protocols on Good Warehousing Practice (GWP), Good Transport Practice (GTP), service quality, safety, security, business continuity, etc.
· Ensures that Assistant Managers and Supervisors complies to the company rules/regulations, policies, code of conduct/employee handbook, standard operating procedures, work instructions and protocols on GWP, GTP, service quality, safety, security, business continuity, etc.
