EDM WIRE CUT MACHINIST

* Responsible to measure, mark and documents dimensions of materials, program CAD, CAM, software applications, performs G-code programming of wire EDM Machinist, monitor the EDM Machine process and inspect finished products.

* Perform work in compliance with all safety, environmental, and quality expectations while supporting a production schedule.

* Under Plastic Injection Mould Machine Company is plus factor

* With 2-3 years experience in EDM Wire Cut is preferred.

* Execute daily priorities as defined by the supervisor.

* Assemble and assist with the testing of mechanical units in accordance with engineering test procedures.

* Good mechanical background.

* Knowledge of machines, hand tools and power tools needed for assembly.

* Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

* Maintain regular and reliable attendance and performance to meet production and business needs.

* Performs additional related duties as assigned.

* Set up and programming of EDM equipment to ensure proper functionality when making precision parts for tool makers and designers.
